Terms of Service

1. NO REFUND will be made after payment has been made. 
2. 50% payment to be made during booking and the final 50% to be paid by the end of the shoot.
3. All photos will be submitted 10 days after the date of shoot.
4. No raw photos or videos will be submitted to client, unless otherwise discussed. All photos submitted will be in JPEG format. All Videos will be submitted in MP4 or similar format.
5. All edited photos and videos will be returned.
6. All photos and videos will be submitted via Google Drive link. Link will expire 14 days after submission.
7. All photos and videos are to be checked by client upon receiving links. If any re-editing is required, inform within 3 days from submission date. A maximum of 1-time free re-editing will be provided.
8. Any re-editing required after 3 days of photo submission, will be an additional $50.00sgd for each round of revision.
9. Any re-edits required after 3 days of video submission, will be an additional $100.00sgd for each round of revision.
10. No changes are allowed to be made 7 days after the photos and videos are submitted to client, starting from the date of submission.
11. Photos and videos will only be submitted after final payment has been made.
12. The Photographer/Videographer who is hired on an independent contractor basis will be the final copyright owner to the photograph and videograph taken unless stated otherwise in writing.
